Preparation Blend the ingredients in an electric blender together with the syrup. Add 2 to 3 ice cubes and the milk. Blend all together again then pour the mixture into goblets filtering it with a strainer.
Decorate the edge of the glass with a piece of mandarin orange and a mint leaf.
