Here we are again ready to thank God for our blessings and ask pardon for our sins and omissions. And it is also a time for eating Turkey - I remember a day in America near New York where we were invited to partake in a sumptuous meal where the main delight was a turkey weighing pounds and pounds complete with its stuffing as the tradition demands.

Since our hosts were Italian, not only did we have to swallow the aforesaid, but were offered a myriad of other delicacies, all the heart or shall we say the stomach may desire. We could not refuse such hospitality although afterwards we left to go back to the city staggering under a weight of goodies like a lot of pregnant women. Enough said!
