The Chef's tips We recommend Etna Bianco a dry white wine having a pleasant fruity perfume to be served with yout dish.

Curiosity Crostini are often served in different parts of Italy as starters as, apart from being appetisers, they also keep the customers occupied while the other dishes are being prepared. The cold meats served are typical of the region where they may be found, thus a large number of variations are available.
