Preparation Prepare a strong broth then melt the butter in it. Take it off the fire.
Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well until it becomes a thick smooth sauce. At this stage add the lemon drops.
Toast the bread slices and spread the sauce over each slice. Then add the truffles and season with salt and pepper.
