Ingredients Curly lettuce  200 gr.
Apples  4
Shelled walnuts   50 gr.
Emmenthal Cheese  150 gr.
Plums  2
Extra-virgin olive oil  2 tablespoons
Soya sauce  1 teaspoonful
Salt  to taste

Preparation Wash and cut the apples into cubes, add the walnuts, the plum pulp and the Emmenthal cheese cut into small pieces.

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and dry it well with a clean cloth. Put it into a bowl with the rest of the mixture.

Pour the oil into a bowl and add the soya sauce. Mix well with a fork and season the salad. Serve straight away.
