Ingredients Sandwich loaf slices  8 slices
Almonds  100 gr.
Capers  2 tablespoonfuls
Garlic  ˝ clove
Parsley  as required
Extra virgin olive oil  as required
Chili  as required

Preparation Toast the almonds and chop them into little pieces. Put them into a bowl. Dice plenty of parsley, the garlic and the capers and add the chill to the bowl. Mix everything together thoroughly with plenty of oil.

Toast the bread lightly and spread the sauce you have made on the slices. You can decorate your croutons with almond flakes.
 
The Chef's tips Smear the sauce on the bread just before you serve the croutons otherwise the bread gets soft. Try drinking this wine with your starter: Vernaccia di Oristano.
