Ingredients Gruyere or Parmesan cheese  125 gr.
Oil  as required
Egg whites  2
Tomato sauce  as required

Preparation Whip the egg whites until they are stiff. Grate the cheese and add. Work the mixture well then make balls about the size of a walnut.

Put the oil into a pan and when its is hot, fry the balls. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
