Preparation Wash the apple and the grapes. Cut the Fontina cheese into cubes. Cut each grape in half and remove the pips. Peel the apple, remove the cores and the pips and cut it into cubes.

Using the wooden kebabs, first put a white grape on, then a Fontina cheese cube followed by a black grape and then an apple cube. Your kebabs are now ready.

The Chef's tips Use a sharp knife to take the pips out of the grapes or else a tweezer. Instead of cake for dessert, if you want to go 'light' try this tasty kebab recipe. If you can't find Fontina cheese, you can use any other kind of tasty yellow cheese.

Curiosity The first time that the Fontina cheese was heard of goes back to the 18th century.
