Carrots  1
Celery  1 stalk
Onions  1
Tomato pulp  300 gr.
Extra virgin olive oil  as required

Preparation Prepare the Bolognese sauce in a large, wide pan with the diced mixture of the carrot, celery, onion and extra virgin olive oil. Let it sauté for a minute then add the mince meat and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour in half a glass of wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomato pulp and a little chilli to your taste and a little salt. Let it cook on a low heat for 10 minutes.
