Ingredients Low fat yoghurt  250 gr.
Corn  150 gr.
Olives  100 gr.
Parsley  10 leaves
Saffron  1 teaspoon

Preparation
Stone the olives and put them into a blender together with the parsley and the corn. Blend these ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a bowl together with the yoghurt and the saffron. Add the salt according to your taste and mix everything well together. Cover the bowl with film and put it into the refrigerator for half an hour.

Serve it with vegetables or use it as a spread for toast.
