Preparation Grate the cucumbers on the large holes of the grater. Drain and squeeze them and add salt to your taste. Dice the garlic finely and add as well as the yogurt and the vinegar.
If you prefer, you can sprinkle your sauce with paprika and decorate with olives. Should you wish to make your sauce spicier, you can add more garlic otherwise almonds or hazel nuts diced finely.
