Ingredients Carrots  700 gr.
Extra-virgin olive oil  3 tablespoons
Grated Parmesan cheese  3 tablespoons
Salt  to taste
Pepper  to taste

Preparation Peel and wash the carrots and slice them finely. Put them into a pot where you have heated the oil. While they are frying, mix with a wooden spoon.

Let them cook at a low heat for 20 minutes adding half a glass of hot water, a little salt and pepper. Once they are ready, sprinkle them with the grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot
