Butter 50 gr.
Flour 20 gr.

Cream 100 gr.
Sugar 1 spoon

Preparation Remove the hard outer leaves from the broccoli then separate it into small pieces. Add a little nutmeg to a pot of boiling water as well as a pinch of salt then boil the broccoli for about 30 minutes.
Put the flour into a small pot with the butter and when it becomes golden brown, add the broth and stir for about 7 minutes. Then add the cream and lower the heat. Add a pinch of salt, a spoonful of sugar and the juice of half a lemon.
Remove the sauce from the fire and keep it a warm place. Strain the broccoli and arrange them on a serving plate. Add the almond strips and pour the sauce over it all.
