Preparation Clean the broccoli and remove the harder leaves on the outside and the core. Wash them well and boil them in salted water for 8 minutes.
Drain them and pour the oil into a pan. Wash the anchovies, remove their bones and mash them with a fork. When they are ready, add the capers and then the broccoli.
