Ingredients Spinach  400 gr.
Mozzarella cheese  200 gr.
Parmesan cheese  50 gr.
Butter  50 gr.
Salt  to taste
Pepper  to taste

Preparation Wash the spinach and cut away the stalks. Boil the leaves in a little water adding a pinch of salt. Cook for a few minutes drain but leave some water. Cut the Mozzarella cheese into cubes.

Add the butter to a deep enough pan for the boiled spinach leaves. Add the leaves and the Mozzarella cheese cubes and over a low heat, let them melt. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Lastly, sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, cover the pan with a lid and baste for a couple of minutes. Serve hot.
