Salted anchovies  4

Salt  to taste

Preparation Grease an oven dish well with the olive oil. Place the slices of bread there. On each of them, arrange a slice of Mozzarella cheese, two fillets of anchovies, a diced tomato, oregano, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle them with the extra-virgin olive oil and put them into a hot oven for ten minutes. Serve hot.
