Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon

Preparation Melt the butter in a pan without it frying and add the sesame seeds and a little salt. Stir quickly for a few seconds. Prepare an oven dish and line it with oven paper and put the mushrooms with the seasoning on it. Put it into an oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, add the a pinch of cumin and the oil. Mix everything together well. Break the Feta cheese into small pieces onto a plate. When the mushrooms are cooked, place them on a serving plate and spread them with the Feta cheese, the pepper and the coriander sauce. The Chef's tips Select mushroom with very large heads.
