Preparation Break the eggs in a plate and put them into a bowl. Whisk them and add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the ricotta cheese in pieces.

Put the pan on the fire with the butter and when it is hot, pour in the egg mixture. When it is golden brown on both sides, serve hot.
