Ingredients Squid  8
Garlic  2 cloves
Eggs  1 yolk
Parsley  a handful
Bread crumbs  100 gr.
Extra-virgin olive oil  3 spoonfuls
Salt  to taste
Pepper  to taste

Preparation Prepare the stuffing by dicing the tentacles of the squid together with the garlic and the parsley. Toast the bread crumbs in the oil in a frying pan, then add to the filling. Let it fry for a few minutes, take it off the heat then add the egg yolk to bind it all together.

Fill the squid with the mixture and close them with toothpicks. Grease well with olive oil and grill on a hot grill adding salt to taste.
