Ingredients Lamb chops  12
Rosemary  a twig
Parsley  a sprig
Fresh mint  a twig
Garlic  a clove
Extra-virgin olive oil  30 gr
Sandwich loaf slices  40 gr
Mustard  2 spoonfuls
Salt  to taste
Pepper  to taste

Preparation Sauté the garlic and the slices of bread, cut into cubes, in the oil in a small pan for a few minutes. Smear the mustard over the lamb chops and roll them in the bread together with the chopped aromatic herbs.

Arrange the lamb chops on an oven plate which you have already greased with oil. Let them bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180°.
 
The Chef's tips You can serve the chops with artichokes and peeled pistachio nuts.
