Ingredients Turkey  1 kilo
Oranges  3
Celery  2 stalks
Onion  ½
Greek yoghurt  70 gr.
Vinegar  as required
Butter  30 gr.
Carrots  2
Sugar  1 spoon
Salt  as required
Pepper  as required.

Preparation Braise the turkey slices on both sides and salt them. Dice the carrots, onion and celery and add them to the meat. Sauté for two minutes then add the vinegar. Mix well and add the sugar.

Now wash the orange skins very well and remove them without the pith. Cut them into thin strips and add them to the meat. Put a lid on until the meat is tender. When it is ready, let the sauce densen and add the yoghurt. Add salt if necessary and pepper.
