Ingredients Fresh broccoli  600 gr.
Lamb pulp  600 gr.
Sunflower seed oil  2 tablespoons
Marsala wine  ˝ glass
Olive oil  5 tablespoons
Soya sauce  1 tablespoon
Onions  1 large one
Garlic  2 cloves
Ginger  a small piece
Salt and pepper  as required.

Preparation Remove the hard parts of the broccoli and wash the rest well. Cut into pieces and boil them in hot salted water for only three minutes. Drain and put aside.

Put the Sunflower seed oil in a pan and sauté the meat cut into small strips for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Bathe it with the Marsala wine and let it evaporate. Remove the pan from the fire and keep it hot.

Pour the olive oil into the pan and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the broccoli, soya sauce, ginger grated finely and season according to taste with salt and pepper and let it cook for a short time. Add the meat and serve.
