Preparation Cut the salad vegetables into small pieces and put them onto a serving dish. Cut the chicken breast into sticks and put them on top of the salad. Peel the grapes, cut them in half and take out the pips.

Mix them into the salad. Make a sauce with the balsamic vinegar, salt, the extra virgin olive oil which you can mix with a fork or a whisk. Fold in the truffle pâté and sprinkle over the salad.
