Preparation Put the meat into a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Moisten the soft part of the bread in the milk, squeeze and add it to the mixture. Dice the parsley and add. Beat the whole egg well and add.

Mix all the ingredients well together then make a number of small meat balls which you will flatten slightly. Dredge them with flour and fry them quickly in a little butter on both sides.

In the meantime, prepare a sauce apart with the two yolks and the two tablespoons of sugar like an eggnog. Beat them up well and add the 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar until you have a soft sauce. Spread it over your meat balls when you have turned the heat off and serve immediately.

The Chef's tips Do not boil your recipes with balsamic vinegar as your dishes would lose much of this fragrance. We recommend you drink some Barbarossa wine with your fragrant recipe.

Curiosity Balsamic vinegar is one of those products that enhance many dishes ranging from starter to sweets.
