Preparation Soak the raisins in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain them and squeeze them. Put the chestnut flour into a bowl, add the sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well. Then add four spoonfuls of oil and keep on mixing carefully adding warm water to get a soft mixture.
Grease a cake pan with the butter and sprinkle it with the bread crumbs and pour the mixture in. Arrange the pine nuts and the raisins on the top and add the rest of the oil.
