Ingredients Corn Flakes  100 gr.
Apple juice  1 litre
Apples  3
Raisins  2 tablespoons
Honey   2 tablespoons
Cinnamon  a pinch
Brown bread crumbs  as required
Oil  as required
Salt  a pinch

Preparation Put the apple juice into a pot and together with the oat flakes, cook for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel and slice the apples.

Take the pot off the fire and add the honey and the apples, the raisins, the cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Put the mixture into an oven dish and cover the top with the bread crumbs.
 
The Chef's tips This recipe may be used as a basis for an Apple Crumble if your favourite topping is added. We suggest you serve your recipe hot then add vanilla ice-cream on the side. Scrumptious!
