Ingredients Sugar  a glass
Oil  a glass
White or red wine  a glass
Flour  200 gr.

Preparation

 Let's start preparing!

Add the sugar and the oil stir . Then add the wine and stir thoroughly.

Add the flour a little at a time stir every time you add. Until the mixture becomes dry but soft.

Then start kneading it by hand then you can start shaping your biscuits

Cover a plate with a little sugar and aniseeds This will be the topping decoration.

Take a piece of dough and make it into rolls less than 1 cm. thick and about 5/6 cms long.
Then bend and fix the ends together like a bow.

Dip them into the sugar and aniseed mixture .

Grease an oven plate. Place the biscuits on it with the sugared side uppermost.

Use all the dough up. Preheat the oven to 140 to 150°C. Put it into the oven for 30 to 40 minutes Be careful that they don't burn
As they may being rather small in size.
