Flour 500 gr.
Sugar 250 gr.
Hazelnuts or Almonds 250 gr.
Candied orange peel 100 gr.

Preparation In a saucepan, heat the honey and the sugar and, as soon as the mixture starts to boil, take it off the fire and let it cool.
Then add the flour and the other ingredients, mixing well.
Pour small portions of the mixture in strips - about 10cm long - on an oven dish which has been greased or lined with kitchen paper and decorate with chopped hazelnuts.
