Ingredients Oat Flakes  100 gr.
Lemon juice  1 lt.
Apples  3
Raisins  2 tablespoons
Honey  2 tablespoons
Cinnamon  a pinch
Brown bread crumbs  as required
Oil  as required
Salt  a pinch

Preparation Put the apple juice into a pot and add the oats. Cook for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, peel and slice the apples.

Remove the pot from the fire and add the honey and the apples, the raisins and the cinnamon and lastly a pinch of salt.

Place the mixture in an oven dish and cover it with bread crumbs. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and then let it cool.
