Preparation Wash the apples thoroughly Remove the cores with the utensil for this purpose. FIll the holes with the cherry jam, the raisins and the pine nuts.
Put the apples into an oven dish. sprinkle some sugar over them and add a little water. Bake in a moderate oven for 20 mintes then raise the heat to caramelise the sugar. Serve hot.
