Ingredients Flour  400 gr.
Sugar  50 gr.
Eggs  2
Butter  80 gr.
Vanilla flavored baking powder  1 teaspoon
Lemons  1
Icing sugar  as required
Salt  a pinch
Oil for frying  as required

Preparation Soften the butter in a bowl and then add the eggs, one at a time. Grate the lemon and add it to the bowl as well as a pinch of salt. Add enough flour to make a soft dough and then the baking powder.

Heat the oil in a pan and then using a spoon, make small balls the size of a nut and put them into the pan. As soon as they become golden brown, remove them and put them onto a piece of absorbent paper. Then sprinkle them with icing sugar.
