Ingredients cream  250 millilitres
sweet white yoghurt  1 vase
cold coffee  100 ml.
icing sugar  50 gr.
black chocolate  as required

Preparation Pour the yoghurt into a bowl. Add the sugar and the cold coffee. Mix well until the mixture is smooth.

Whip the cream in a bowl. Then add the yoghurt and stir delicately to avoid the mixture from flopping.

Put the mousse into dessert bowls and garnish with chocolate flakes or small biscuits.
 
The Chef's tips Do not cool or keep coffee in metal containers. Glass containers are more advisable as they do not affect taste.
