Cherry and Apple Bowl

Cherries 200 gr.
Honey 1 spoon
Lemon juice 1 spoon
Maraschino to taste
Vanilla half a teaspoon

Put 4 small bowls into the refrigerator to cool them. Peel the apples and remove the core. Wash them and cut them into cubes. Put them into a larger bowl and sprinkle the lemon juice over them. Using a wooden spoon, stir with care.
Wash the cherries, remove their stones and cut them into half. Add them to the apple cubes. Mix the Maraschino with the honey and the vanilla until the mixture is perfectly smooth. Add the apples and cherries to the mixture and stir with care. Put the bowl into the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In the meantime whip the cream and add the icing sugar a little at a time. Arrange the mixture in each of the bowls you have kept cool. Add the cream then put them back into the refrigerator for about an hour and take them out just before serving at table.
