Apple Crumble

Preparation Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut the apples into pieces and put the minto a pot together with 200 gr. of sugar and add the cinnamon. Let it boil on a low heat for about 20 minutes.
When the apples are ready put them into a wide shallow oven dish until they are cool. In the meantime, put the flour , the rest of the sugar and the butter into a bowl. Crumble the ingredients together using your fingers until they are the size of bread crumbs.
Arrange the crumbled mixture on top of the apples carefully and place the oven dish in a pre-heated oven at 150° C. for about 30 minutes or until your apple crumble is crisp and golden brown. Use a spoon to serve this dessert in the portions that you desire.
