Ingredients For the dough Flour  400 gr.
Yeast  25 gr.
Oil  2 tablespoons
Salt  to taste
For the filling Mozzarella cheese  150 gr.
Cooked ham  150 gr.
Salt  a pinch

Preparation Place the flour on a pastry board and make a well in the middle. Put the yeast which you have melted in a little warm water in the well together with the salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Knead well. Let the dough rest in a dish sprinkled with flour and covered with a cloth for at least 2 hours. Then knead it for a few minutes.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll them out to a thickness of about ˝ cm. On half of each disk, place the diced cooked ham and the Mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes. Fold them over and press the edges closed. Smear them with a spoon of tomato and place in the oven for about 20 minutes
