Preparation Bake the pizza according to the recipe for the Pizza Base.
Then divide the top of the Pizza into four sections.

Spring: Add the olives and artichokes to the first section;
Summer: Add the Salame and chilli to the second section;
Autumn: Add the same topping as for the Pizza Margherita on the third section;
Winter: prepare the mushrooms, Cut them into slices and sauté a clove of garlic in the oil then add the mushrooms. Arrange them on the fourth section together with a few slices of salame and a hard-boiled egg.

Put the pizza back into the oven for a few minutes to let the Mozzarella cheese melt, then serve hot.

 
The Chef's tips Be sure that your pizza base has risen well so that the pizza is light and crisp. We recommend you should drink a dry red wine with your pizza such as Chianti to be served at room temperature.
