Preparation Bake the pizza according to the recipe for the Pizza Base.
Then divide the top of the Pizza into four sections.
Spring: Add the olives and artichokes to the first section;
Summer: Add the Salame and chilli to the second section;
Autumn: Add the same topping as for the Pizza Margherita on the third section;
Winter: prepare the mushrooms, Cut them into slices and sauté a clove of garlic in the oil then add the mushrooms. Arrange them on the fourth section together with a few slices of salame and a hard-boiled egg.
Put the pizza back into the oven for a few minutes to let the Mozzarella cheese melt, then serve hot.
