Preparation Prepare the dough for the pizza according to the recipe for a pizza base.

Wash the parsley and mince it. Prepare the seafood so that they are ready to be cooked. Cut the mushrooms into slices and dice the Mozzarella cheese.

Put some oil into a large pan and add a clove of garlic. Then add the seafood and cook for about 5 minutes. Take it off the fire, add salt and pepper and sprinkle it with parsley.

If you are using Boletus mushrooms do the same as the seafoods, in another pan. If you are using button mushrooms, they don’t need to be cooked.

Spread some oilve oil over the pizza and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes, so that the dough starts to bake.

Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle it with the Mozzarella cheese and add the seafood and the mushrooms. Add salt, pepper and some olive oil.

Put it back into the oven for about another 5 minutes and let it cook until it is ready.

The Chef's tips If you have some seafood and mushrooms left over, you can also use them to make a very good pasta that bears the same name as the pizza, adding just some cream to it. Drink Greco di Tufo with this pizza.

Curiosity This pizza is called “Seas and Mountains” because the main ingredients are seafood and mushrooms, a product coming from woods and mountains in general.
