Topping:
Mozzarella cheese
  250gr.
Red lettuce  1kg.
Black olives  50gr.
Capers  2 spoonfuls
Extra virgin olive oil  as required
Garlic  1 clove
Salt  to taste
Pepper  to taste

Preparation Prepare the dough for the pizza according to the recipe for a pizza base.

Wash the red lettuce and cut it into slices.

Put 5 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil into a large pan and add a clove of garlic. Then add the red lettuce and cook until it softens. Take it off the fire and add salt and pepper.

Spread some olive oil over the pizza and put it into the oven for about 10 minutes, so that the dough starts baking.

Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle it with the Mozzarella cheese and add the red lettuce, the olives and the capers. Add salt, pepper and some olive oil.

Put it back into the oven for about another 10 minutes and let it bake until it is ready.
