Tomato 200 gr.
Mozzarella cheese 200 gr.
Oil 2 tablespoons
Basil a sprig

Preparation Sieve the flour into a wide bowl; add the yeast cut into small pieces and warm water, a little at a time.
Mix everything well then add the oil and salt. Mix well until you have a smooth uniform dough. Form a ball and make a cross shaped cut on the top and put it into a wide bowl covered with a clean cloth and let it rise until it's double the size.
Then roll out the dough to the size of a pizza pie dish which you have preiviously greased. Let it bake in the oven for half and hour at 200°C.
For the topping: Let the water out of the tomatoes and arrange them over the basic pizza. Then cut the cheese into small pieces and place them at a couple of centimeters from each other. Pour the oil over sparingly, arrange a few pieces of basil and spray with salt. Put into the oven for 5 minutes.
