Swiss chard  100 gr.
Basil  1 sprig
Carrots  1
Onions  1
Tomatoes  1
Leeks  a half
Celery  half a stalk
Parsley  1 sprig
Zucchini  2
Salt  to taste

Preparation Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces. Put them into a pot with cold water. Wash the tomato and add it whole then peel the clove of garlic and add it as well.

Bring the water to a boil and add the sprig of parsley, the basil and the bay leaf. Let it cook for about an hour on a low heat. Once it’s ready, add the salt and strain.
