Description
The grapes undergo cold maceration and are then delicately pressed. Fermentation is then carried out at a low temperature. Rosé wines have not had much attention from wine experts until not long ago but they are becoming more and more important as time goes by. Because of their delicate texture, they go well with many dishes and are thus to be considered all round wines.
