Curiosity
It is one of the first high class rosés in Italy owing to the cult of eating and drinking in Tuscany and great dedication
Tips
This is not a wine suited to aging well. It should therefore be drunk within two to three years after it is bought. The bottles should be stored lying horizontally in a cool, humid, dark cellar. It goes well with the recipe Risotto with Radicchio

Description
This wine is obtained from Sangiovese grapes made at a low temperature to maintain the fresh, fruity aromas. It is a wine well suited to aperitifs and desserts. The Tre Vaghissime Donne wine is a surprising wine as it is strong but sweet and suited to pasta dishes or to risottos with fish, tasty desserts and aperitifs. After fermenting and separating the wine from the marcs, it is bottled for at least six months to make it softer. It is among one of the least marketed wines and because of its characteristics, it is placed between red, white and sparkling wines.
