Curiosity
The name derives from a visit of a rich German merchant who, upon drinking this wine, was asked if he liked it and he replied in Latin “Est, Est, Est” meaning “It is, it is, it is!”
Tips
Always remember to put the wine into the refrigerator at least a couple of hours before dining as the taste is enhanced when drunk at the right temperature.

Description
This is the region of Lazio or Latium, from the Latin name. The weather is particularly good in this region. It faces the sea on the one side and has the mountains on the other. In between it is full of plains and hilly regions ideal for wine growing.
There are all types and colours of wine to be found, however the white wines are particularly favoured also because fish is eaten considerably and match well with these wines. Est Est Est is indeed a good tasting white wine.
Recipe: Spaghetti alla Carbonara is a pasta dish to be drunk with a white wine.
