Description You can find wine produced from all the different regions of Italy. They differ according to the carious climates and soil. There are also many to be found in the North Eastern Regions of this country where most of the grapes came from France but have been worked so long over the years that they have become part of Italy’s culture.

Friuli has a special talent for producing wine and there are many famous grape growers. Sauvignon is a white wine with many fragrances and its fragrance recalls complex, sensitive aromas where the flowery impression is the most prominent. It is made from Sauvignon grapes.

Sauvignon is excellent for a meal based on fish, especially in summer and particularly when grilled. This may apply to fish or seafood, molluscs and the like.
