Description This fragrant white wine to go with your fish and seafood recipes is a product of the Sicilian vines – Ansonica, Catarrato, Gracanico, Chardonnay and Muller Thurgau. These grapes grow in the largest island of Italy where they have an age-old tradition in wine growing .

When the Greeks arrived in Sicily they dedicated their time to wine growing and the Phoenicians used them as a major means of exchange during their travels. Even today, they are a great resource of the island, both owing to their quality and quantity.

The warm, dry climate lends itself to the production of excellent vines of all kinds, red and white, sweet and rosé.
