Tips
This is not a wine to be aged and should be drunk within a few years after buying it. The bottles have to be stored horizontally in a cool, humid and dark cellar. Recipe: Chinese Ravioli.

Description
This wine is refined and elegant because of the high quality of the Chardonnay grapes. The first choice grapes are fermented and mature for six months. After a further six months following bottling, the wine is ready for use.
Anna dei Fiori is made from Chardonnay grapes only and it was produced centuries before, from the time of the Medici family. Over the years their wines have improved and the latest equipment and technologies applied for this purpose.
