Tips If you want your wine to keep its characteristics for 3 to 4 years from bottling, you should keep it in a cool, humid, dark cellar with the bottles lying horizontally.

Description This wine is obtained exclusively from grapes of the Chardonnay variety. It is cultivated in the mountain vineyards along the Dora Baltea river.

These white grapes ripen during the second fortnight of August. Although the weather is severe in winter, the summer months are warm.
