Description This wine is made from the grapes of the Erbaluce vines growing in a limited grape growing area in the centre of which there is Caluso and reaches as far as the province of Vercelli (famous rice-growing land).

This straw-coloured, fresh dry wine has a winy fragrance and goes extremely well with fish dishes. It is also available as a sparkling wine and the Erbaluce grapes may be dried to give us a raisin wine for accompanying desserts.

The area of Caluso in Piedmont offers grapes growing on flat ground and the wine it produces is one of the most well-known white wines produced in the country. It goes well with starters, soups and fish dishes such as turbot.
