Description
Grape growers have modified the nature of the environment when does not favour the cultivating grapes, by first building dry-stone walls then terraces where vines can then be planted.
After the Vermentino and Albarola type grapes are first selected and gathered and then left on trellises where owing to the sugars in the grapes, mould is formed giving it the characteristic golden colour with intense amber streaks.
