A bunch of black grapes
Iced Vodka
Cane sugar
Ice
Two glasses
A Pestle
Wash the grapes well under running tap waterAdd a little bicarbonate of soda for this purpose.
Take the grapes off the stalks and wash them well
Then cut them into two and remove the pips.
Put two teaspoons of sugar into the two glassesAdd the grapes as far as half the glassesUsing the pestle, crush the grapes Until they have absorbed the sugar.
Add the ice either in cubes or crushedFinally add the Vodka
Put a little if you prefer it lightOr fill the glass if you like it strong. Mix it all together with the grapes.
